Delivery your Linbury.
Because each Linbury sofa is lovingly handmade to order, you might have to wait a little longer for your perfect sofa to arrive than you would with an ‘off the shelf’ sofa – but we believe it’s worth the wait!
On the product page for each item, you will see a dispatch estimate e.g. ‘delivered within 2-3 weeks’. Please note this indicates when the product will arrive to our despatch suppliers, not the actual day of delivery. You will recieve email confirmation from your delivery supplier with more accurate delivery details.

All of our sofas and beds are designed and tested to comply with domestic use UK fire regulations only.

How does the large item delivery service work?
We use a delivery partner for all shipments that require a 2-man crew and a larger vehicle. All crew are trained on how to handle our products and carry out assembly where required. They will install your bed, sofa or any large item and take away the wrapping for free.
The only exception to the removal of packaging or installation is when smaller items (usually delivered by DPD) are delivered as part of a large delivery. Our partners will not assemble or remove the packaging on these smaller items. The reason we do this is so that you can easily return the smaller items in the original packaging should you change your mind on them.
Our delivery partner delivers Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. They will contact you directly to book a delivery date in advance of your items coming into our warehouse. You will also receive a notification 48 hours prior to your delivery to advise you of your 2-hour delivery window.
What about small and medium sized items?
If you're after small items like lamps we send these out around the UK mainland via our parcel courier for £5.95 per shipment. Our courier for small parcels delivers Monday to Friday between 7am - 7pm. Our courier will text you on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time.
What happens if I order multiple items?
We charge per shipment rather than per item, so everything will be shipped together once it’s ready to go. For example, if you order a bedside table and a lamp and your bedside table is in stock but your lamp isn't quite ready yet. In this scenario, they'll both be sent once the lamp arrives in our warehouse.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
If you've ordered a large item, e.g sofa or bed, our delivery drivers can deliver on Saturdays. If you're interested in this please mention to them when they book your delivery date with you.
Can you assemble my items?
Yes, we'll install your sofa or any large item and take away the wrapping for free. We'll even take away your old sofa for recycling - just let us know when you make your order.
Please bear in mind that any small (e.g bedside tables) or medium (desks) size items delivered as part of a large delivery will not be assembled nor will the wrapping be taken away by our delivery chaps.
This means, you can easily pop it back into the post should you change your mind.Small and medium size items ordered on their own will be delivered by a courier.
